The Snow Centre is London's closest indoor real-snow ski venue, opened in 2009 and sitting just off the M1 in Hemel Hempstead - roughly 35 minutes from central London. The 160-metre main slope is home to the largest dedicated lesson slope in the UK, making it the go-to destination for capital-based beginners and resort regulars sharpening their technique. Freestyle sessions run Thursday and Friday nights with fresh park features each week.
